Starting from 5th November until the end of the month, Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant invites you to indulge in a special harvest of oysters imported from a renowned oyster farm in France.
The seasonal oyster promotion will include royal oysters, wild oysters and Fine de Claire oyster gathered from the famous Artouan marsh, south of Marennes in France, where oysters have been cultivated for five generations.
At the chic wine bar, you can discover freshly shucked royal oysters, a deep-cupped and highly prized oyster with a unique salty taste. Scarlett will also offer wild oysters raised by tides on the Atlantic coast of France and collected in the ocean, and succulent Fine de Claire, a slender delicate bodied oyster loved by Parisians for its crisp, fruity flavour.
To celebrate the bountiful oyster harvest, from 5th – 7th November passionate French oyster farmers, Fabrice and Frederic will be at Scarlett to offer insight into oyster farming, while a guest gourmand from Paris will provide tasting notes.
