The Okura Prestige Bangkok is introducing a variation on its popular afternoon tea to celebrate the glistening white Japanese landscapes during the winter snow season.
Pastry Chef Sebastiaan Hoogewerf has created a range of ‘Yuki’ delicacies for the new Yuki afternoon tea at Up & Above Bar such as yuki mochi, yuki-themed macaroons, vanilla and white chocolate cheesecake, fresh strawberry tartlet, crab and qual egg voleavants, Smoke Salmon brioche and Horseradish Cream and coconut chocolate truffles as well as strawberry scones served with preserves and clotted cream. Yuki is the Japanese word for snow.
Yuki afternoon tea is priced at Baht 990++ per set inclusive of coffee or tea for two persons. Available daily from 1 January – 31 March 2016 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm at Up & Above Bar on the 24th floor of The Okura Prestige Bangkok.
