Braised Superior Bird’s Nest in Pumpkin Soup with Black Truffle 金汤黑松露烩官燕盏Partake in a delightfully nourishing epicurean experience beginning with Chef Tony’s Braised Superior Bird’s Nest in Pumpkin Soup with Black Truffle, which features the delicacy in a subtly sweet pumpkin soup, enhanced with fragrant black truffle. Delight in the Winter Melon filled with Bird’s Nest in Pumpkin Soup for a refreshing twist of flavours.

Indulge in the Stir-fried Bird’s Nest with Egg White and Yunnan Ham, a perfect combination of bird’s nest and egg white, complete with savoury ham bits that will entice the palates. The Chicken Wings stuffed with Bird’s Nest and Shrimp Paste will excite gourmands with the perfectly-executed dish, deboned and generously filled with luscious bird’s nest. Relish the Bird’s Nest stuffed Bamboo Pith with Crab Meat Sauce, as the premium ingredient is encased within tender bamboo pith, and dressed with delectable crab meat sauce, featuring a variety of textures in every bite.
