From 7 April, the stylish bar will serve premium seasonal French, Australian and American oysters. The succulent oysters can be enjoyed with a choice of six delicious dressings; mignonette, ponzu, Thai spicy seafood sauce, spicy yuzu, cocktail sauce, and grated wasabi. A decadent sharing experience, the oysters are available in sets of four, six, eight or twelve.
At our chic bar, you can also design your own Bloody Mary as the perfect complement to the oysters or discover the allure of a Black Magic Woman made with premium vodka or gin, chilled tomato juice, kaffir lime extract, pla ra, wasabi, and a Thai chilli garnish.
Open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m., the pop-up oyster bar is a relaxed and luxurious way to begin your evening with friends.
