Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel introduces the New Champagne Sunday Brunch with free flow of premium Billecart-Salmon champagne.  The lavish feast at the Parichart Court features a scrumptious selection of culinary favourites from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants (Madison, Biscotti, Spice Market, Shintaro and Aqua) plus other popular international dishes such as Indian, Chinese, Mediterranean and Middle East.

The Sunday Brunch has been the favorite of those food lovers who appreciate quality and excellent food, great wine, impeccable service with a vibrant and invigorating ambience.

Mouth-watering action stations are located around the open-air courtyard as well as inside Madison’s open kitchen where guests can leisurely savour various fantastic dishes with a limitless supply of chilled Billecart-Salmon champagne while relaxing to live entertainment.  Below are some of the many delicious dishes on offer:

Cold Appetiser Station serving Fresh Sydney Rock Oysters, Sea Crabs, Tasmanian Blue Mussels, Tiger Prawns, Rock Lobsters, Red Craw Lobsters, Scallops complete with dips sauce and condiments.

Madison Grill offering Tiger Prawn, Fresh Trout, Salmon and Akami Tuna, Jones Dolly Lamb Chops, Beef Medallion, Sirloin Steak, Spiced Pork and Veal Sausage, Lobster and many more delectables.

Carving Station such as Roasted Duck, Crispy Pork Loin, Roasted Beef and Roasted Chicken.

Foie Gras Corner offering Pan-Seared Foie Gras with Port Wine Sauce, Foie Gras Sausage, Terrine de Foie Gras and Foie Gras Custard with Truffle Oil.

Indian Corner from Tandoor Oven serving Traditional Chicken Tandoori, Marinated Fish Tikka, Shack Kebab, Plain and Garlic Naan together with appetisers, salads, condiments and Indian curry.

Japanese Station offering Sushi and Sashimi, California Rolls, Green Tea Noodles and Beef Shabu Shabu.

Chinese Station serving Assorted Dim Sum, Ha-gauw, Sue Mai, Green Tea Sue Mai, Steamed Shrimp Ball with Choy Sum, Braised Pork Spare Ribs, Hot & Sour Soup and  Fish Maw Soup with Crab Meat.

Chinese Grill offering Barbecue Marinated Whole Duck, Char Sew Pork with Sweet Soy Sauce and Barbecue Marinated Baby Pork.

Fish Roe in Pool including Spicy Cod Roe, Salmon Roe, Black Vegetable Caviar, Whitefish Roe, Trout Roe, Lump Fish Orange Roe Wheat Blinis, Sour Cream, Lemon and Boiled Egg.

Additionally, extensive selections are available from the cheese board, as well as a salad table, a variety of fresh fruit juices, wine – sparkling wines, white and red wines, pastries, warm desserts and an ice cream station.

While indulging in this bountiful assembly of food and beverage delights, Brunch guests are entertained by a live band featuring an energized repertoire of Bossa Nova, Flamenco, Latin, Jazz and Blues.

Sunday Brunch is served from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm.  Guests can select to be seated in the dining outlet of their choice (Madison, Spice Market or Aqua Bar) or in the outdoor seating area in the Parichart Court.

Champagne Brunch is priced at Baht 3,450++ per person.  Non-alcoholic Brunch is at Baht 3,150++ per person.  Children between 6 and12 years old pay Baht 1,250++ per person, and free of charge for children under 6 years old.
