5 succulent offerings at Shintaro are Kurobuta Pork Ham Rice Paper Rolls with Crab Meat, Avocado and Julienned Leeks (THB 450++), Kurobuta Pork Loin Tempura Style with Red Ginger and Sesame Aroma (THB 550++), Kurobuta Pork Belly on Steamed Egg Custard, Yam, Mitsuba, Lime and Ponzu Truffle Aroma (THB 650++), Kurobuta Pork Collar with A Cocktail of Ginger Aspic, Caviar, Wasabi Espuma and Edible Flower (THB 750++) and Kurobuta Pork Chop with Red Wine Miso Braised (THB 950++).
