From 13th – 16th September, join us and welcome our guest chef, Angela Grace Brown, an Australian born chef from So Sofitel Hua Hin who will present an enticing selection of her favourite dishes such as smoked white fish with cos lettuce, avocado, potato and a lemon myrtle dressing and baby beets with fresh goat cheese, candied walnuts and truffle honey vinaigrette and Australian lamb rack with a herb crust and baked heirloom tomatoes.
She will also serve her outstanding signature dishes of baked barramundi fillet with crispy potatoes, braised fennel and citrus salad with a finger lime butter sauce and seared kangaroo loin with a bush spice and macadamia crust, cauliflower puree and pepper berry sauce. Your lunch buffet of Australian favourites will end with a tropical Pavlova with passion fruit sauce and Tim Tam cheese and salted caramel.
Chef Angela trained under Raymond Blanc at his two Michelin star restaurant, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Oxford, England. A talented and passionate chef, Angela has worked her culinary magic at Room 81, a renowned restaurant within Sofitel Gold Coast Broad Beach, Australia, and Brasserie Roux at Sofitel London St. James.
Throughout the month, you can enjoy classic Australian beef pies, roast lamb, gourmet burgers with beetroot, fish and chips, whole baked barramundi, desserts of lamington cake and Pavlova and much more.
The lunch buffet is available at Mistral Restaurant on Monday – Sunday from 12PM until 14.30PM for only THB 599 nett per person including coffee or tea.
