Embrace bouquets from the top wine-producing region in France whilst enjoying the mild flavours of white asparagus at an exclusive evening on Thursday 4 May 2017.
With the sweetest varieties growing in France, the white asparagus grows entirely beneath the soil, never emerging into the sun. This cultivates a sweeter flavour than its near relative, the green asparagus. Only available seasonally, this evening offers a chance to savour delicious creations prepared by our new Chef, Nico Merten.
Across several courses, the special menu features dishes such as Herb Crusted Cod, with White Asparagus and Mustard Espuma paired with a Château Batailey 2006, Grand Cru Classé Pauillac along with sumptuous lamb and lobster dishes that showcase this superb treat.
The elegant event will begin at 6.30 pm on Thursday 4 May with a Montaudon Reserve Brut Champagne to begin the evening. A limited number of spaces are available in the refined dining room of award-winning Madison for this special event.
