For a romantic afternoon tea, head over to ANTI:DOTE with award-winning Head Chef Tryson Quek’s delicious creation that include the popular Braised Abalone and Beetroot Tart and the 63ºC Organic Egg with complementing flavours of Purple Cauliflower and Crispy Foie Gras, an assortment of desserts include Crémeux Sudachi with Ruby Chocolate and Beetroot Almond Sable as well as a delightful Raspberry Rose Velvet Cheesecake. Priced at $55++ per person, the luxurious afternoon tea set is available from 1 to 15 February.

For those looking for a Japanese indulgent, delight in a 6-course Kaiseki menu showcasing the freshest produce of the season at Mikuni with a Slow-cooked Whole Abalone with Snow Kyoto Turnip, a curated selection of sashimi as well as Mikuni’s Signature Slow-cooked Miyazaki Wagyu served with Winter Truffle Sauce priced at $220++ per person. Mikuni’s special Yuzu cocktail is available at $15++ per glass and a bottle of Japanese wine – Arugano Vento or Tatsumigura Junmai Ginjo Sake is available at $100++.

Famed for his distinctive French Chinese fusion cuisine, Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois of Racines at Sofitel Singapore City Centre has curated an exquisite six-course menu that includes Malt Whisky Foie Gras Espuma served with Carpaccio of Cured Duck Breast and Berries Vierge as well as mains such as Slow-Cooked Grain Fed Veal Loin Topped with Butter Chervil or Steamed Lemon Sole Roulade with Crayfish Ragout Ravioli.
