For the month of September and October 2017, Dorsett Hotels and Resorts proudly presents the ‘Japanese Food Fiesta’ with authentic dishes by Chef Shigeaki Ota from Agora Hospitalities who once served the Crown Prince of Japan.

From 4 to 16 September 2017, Dorsett Grand Subang offers an amazing array of authentic Japanese specialities for the enjoyment of diners at Terazza Brasserie, Cafe Aroma and Piano Lounge.  At Terazza Brasserie, a quaint Japanese corner will be created to feature a host of dishes which will be available for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner while unique Bento Boxes priced from RM55 nett per set will be available for lunch and dinner.  A selection of Yakitori will also be featured at the Piano Lounge for guests’ enjoyment complemented by choice sake.

Inspired by Chef Ota-san, the kitchen team from Dorsett Putrajaya will also be cooking up a storm at Citra Rasa – all-day dining restaurant from 14 to 23 September; at Checkers Cafe of Dorsett Kuala Lumpur from 22 to 30 September whilst the locals on the Island of Labuan will be treated to another delightful and authentic Japanese spread from 28 September to 8 October 2017 at Dorsett Grand Labuan.
