Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant kicks-off 2019 with an indulgent King Crab promotion. Throughout January and February, Chef Sylvain Royer at our chic 37th floor restaurant will offer an enticing selection of delicious King Crab dishes.
Caught in cold water, King Crab is the largest species of crab in the world. It is highly prized by chefs and diners alike for its meaty texture and sweet flavour.
At Scarlett Bangkok, you can together with friends and savour appetizers such as King Crab terrine with baby carrots, confit red peppers, shallots and fennel coulis, and King Crab remoulade with celeriac mash and crustacean jelly. Other delights including King Crab leek and tomato flan with broccoli and chorizo veloute, and breaded avocado stuffed with King Crab served with tomato coulis, mesclun salad, extra virgin olive oil and lemon. The main dishes continue with this comforting and flavourful taste such as melon and beetroot crab cannelloni and King Crab in Armoricaine béchamel, Comte cheese and toasted brioche. While, whole King Crab poached in red wine and bone marrow jus served with mix vegetables might get all the headlines and King Crab Tagliatelle is surely to satisfy your cravings.
