From the Land of the Rising Sun our Japanese corner features fresh sashimi, sushi, maki roll and Japanese seaweed while enjoy an Italian cuisine including homemade pizza and fresh pasta, spaghetti or penne served with several sauces plus imported cheeses and cold cuts. At Wine Pub, the winner of Thailand Tatler’s ‘Best Restaurant 2016’, from 18.00 – 23.00 hrs. discover a delightful 4-course set menu created exclusively for the occasion by French Executive Chef Dominique Ferchaud and his talented team. Commencing with truffle consommé with vegetables followed by seared duck’s liver on an onion and redcurrant biscuit with celeriac and parsley mousseline and rosemary sauce you’re then invited to indulge in a choice of main courses where you can choose between seared fillet of turbot with white asparagus and lobster bisque espuma or seared tenderloin of doe with salsify, girolle mushrooms, chestnuts, black peppercorn and Cognac sauce. The highlight ending to your meal is Chef’s signature Mont Blanc served in a chocolate shell with gingerbread ice cream.
