Turkey has long been a Western favourite, a perennial festive gift and a central part of Charles Dickens-inspired Christmas table. As the advent of Christmas draws near, our culinary maestros will be roasting a lavish feast of luscious and aromatic Lavender Roast Turkey with Orange, Apple & Cinnamon Stuffing that will make merry makers grin from ear to ear.

A healthy and aromatic rendition, the turkey is roasted to perfection with lavender that balances out the flavour profile. Lavender emits a wonderful aroma, gives a slight floral twist to the fragrance, and enhances the richness of the Christmas bird. Commonly stuffed with chestnuts or prunes, a fruity twist is incorporated with the accompaniment of roasted oranges, apples, lemon, bread and cinnamon stuffing. This yuletide piece de resistance is the crowning glory on any Christmas dining table.

Log Cakes are quintessential in all festive celebrations. Making its debut this year is the fruity Raspberry Gula Melaka Coconut Log Cake. An Asian twist on western classics; a balance of refreshing tartness from the Raspberries and aroma from the Gula Melaka and Coconut; an interplay of textures between the layer of crunchy Coconut and Almond Croustillant and Raspberry Jam with Creameux; striking red hues – this log cake is truly a feast for the senses.

Another two decadent treats guaranteed to be the life of any festive celebration are the delightful Roasted Pistachio Cream Cheese Log Cake and White Forest Bûche de Noël. Nutty with a touch of saltiness, the Roasted Pistachio Cream Cheese Log Cake boasts a layer of pistachio cream brûlée sandwiched between a flavourful pistachio-flavoured sponge. A crunchy layer of roasted pistachio crumble lies above, before it is enrobed by delicate, ambrosial cream cheese mousse. The White Forest Bûche de Noël presents a modern spin to the traditional Black Forest Cake.
