This is in addition to our ever popular local High Tea buffet overflowing with over 50 local delights and International fare. Start your engines with the classics and help yourself to a slice of Durian Strudel, a delicate pastry oozing with rich durian goodness. Savour pure bliss as you take a bite into a combination of light and crisp layers, moist sponge cake and the star of this baked good – D24 durian puree. Golden and crunchy with the perfect amount of fibrous D24 durian puree with silky durian flesh, this is one strudel that will not disappoint.

Find yourself rolling to happiness with our delicious Durian Swiss Rolls. Loaded with luscious swirls of smooth durian cream tucked within a fluffy pastel yellow sponge cake blanket, this dreamy slice of heaven will be sure to make your heart beat a little faster and smile a little wider.

As the saying goes, “good things come in little packages” and it cannot be truer for our adorable bite-sized Durian Cream Puffs. These little choux buns, piped with velvety durian mousse are so airy and light, you will feel as if you are munching on tiny little clouds. Particularly moreish, find yourself popping a morsel after another relishing every flavour burst that leaves you floating on cloud nine.

Everyone loves a good slice of pizza, so take a break from the sweets and pick up a gourmet slice of ooey gooey Durian Pizza. Newly created to impress, durian fanatics can sink their teeth into a savoury rendition of their favourite fruit. Picture decadent lashings of yummy durian flesh, stringy mozzarella, creamy mascarpone cheese on a crusty base and topped with crumbled coconut shavings for that extra crunch – it doesn’t get any better than this.
