A favourite with chefs and one of the world’s best-loved seafoods, Maine lobster takes centre stage at Up & Above Restaurant this summer as the culinary team creates a menu of delicious Eastern and Western-inspired dishes showcasing the king of crustaceans.
The feast encompasses a beautifully light Maine lobster tartare with avocado, mango, and caviar in crisp sesame cones, marinated Maine lobster salad with creamy buratta, rocket, and a piquant wasabi dressing, rich lobster bisque with sliced lobster medallions and fresh herbs, a delightful grilled dish of Maine lobster prepared with a herb crust, tagliatelli and clam butter, a wonderful Maine lobster cardinal gratin with mushroom and truffle oil, and finally, a dazzling dish of grilled Maine lobster with chilli and herb butter accompanied by white wine risotto.
The Maine Lobster menu is available from 1 July – 30 September 2018, daily from 12 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. A la carte dishes priced from Baht 580++.
