The Okura Prestige Bangkok – Succulent Imported Oysters at Up & Above Restaurant

The oyster season is upon us and at Up & Above Restaurant aficionados of this delicious and nutritious salt-water bivalve can indulge in three types of imported oysters sustainably harvested off the coasts of Japan, northern France and Ireland where ancient oyster beds have provided this delicacy of the sea for centuries.

The pristine cold waters in which these oysters are found are full of nutrients and fast-moving currents, providing the molluscs with the perfect, clean environment in which to grow. Available in 6-, 9- and 12-piece portions, guests can also order a mixed plate. You can choose to enjoy your freshly shucked oysters served on the half-shell over ice with a selection of piquant condiments or grilled and eaten with a zesty ponzu sauce or a la Rockerfeller baked with a topping of rich butter sauce. However you like them, you won’t want to miss out on this delicious oyster feast!

The oyster promotion at Up & Above Restaurant runs from 1 January – 28 February 2019 daily from noon – 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Priced at Baht 950++ for 6 pieces, Baht 1,300++ for 9 pieces and Baht 1,600++ for 12 pieces.
